Question: Discuss about the Challenges faced by the Global Organizations. Answer: Introduction- The international business is facing some severe attacks of auditing and accounting at the global platform. This is happening because of globalization, which has integrated multi business at just one place. The integration of business has created many challenges to cope of with. Accounting and auditing are one of those challenges, which are troubling the business experience of global organizations (Knechel and Salterio 2016). Being a student of Business Administration, the journey of research over numerous weeks and the particular assignment works has proved to be an extremely educative experience for me. The two assignments had covered the accounting challenges that the global organizations face today and the challenges for the professionals in the rapid changing business environment. The first assignment had covered the literature section based on available secondary resources. On other hand, the second assignment had covered the proposal on the subject topic. Both these assignment s have proved to be exceedingly informative to me. These assignments have actually provided me a viewpoint of a realistic trade operations and the international business environment. Effectiveness of Learning Process- The understanding of the international business environment and the trouble faced by the business professionals is extremely effective for my academic course, program, my career and life. Following are the utilization of the courses and the researches on my course, program, career and life: Course- The first two assignments have not only helped me in understanding the business complexities at the global platform but it has also made me think practical on the business nature of the global organizations. Most importantly, this has opened me towards a worldview, which is of high importance for a successful career and life. Program- Some of the issues such as monetary issues, shortcomings in the inflow cash, corporate world, financial reports of international organizations, influencing local government policies of different region and different other external factors (Mala and Chand 2012). Career- The global business relationships and the difficulties, which they are facing have in them some very useful knowledge for my future reference. Moreover, with the help of such knowledge I can benefit my organization and myself as well. It is very important to know the challenges the contemporary global business is facing because this would strengthen my competitive capabilities. Nevertheless, competitive skills are highly admired in top organizations. Life- The amount of knowledge, which the two assignments have provided to me, is extremely helpful for my life as well. One can never enjoy a healthy life until and unless it does not have its utmost control on the different level of challenges that it face at the organizational level. Knowledge process- The processing of knowledge in the provided assignment was done with the help of some researches, which is further divided into two categories such as primary research and the secondary research. The proposal had helped me learnt on how to use the most appropriate secondary resources to find the most relevant requirements. The proposal work did also help me learn on how to conduct a primary research. Moreover, the primary research is something that is being gathered by taking interviews of the selective business professionals as well as an online survey (Bryman and Bell 2015). Learning outcomes- Both the assignments have focussed their concentration on finding the global issues of auditing and the accounting. It also focussed on the different taxation rules in the different global regions (Bhasin 2015). The first assignment has tried to find the problems with the help of secondary resources such as Books, Journals, website articles etc. The second assignment has tried to research the problem area with the help of primary resources, which can be a structured interview, an online survey etc (Polonsky and Waller 2014). Both the assignments have not only helped me know the existing complexities in the international business platform but it have also taught me on how to do research works on topic as such. Evaluation- The provided assignments have discussed some of the business issues, which the global business is facing. The global business is facing some challenges in terms of accounting and auditing works. This is because that different region in world has their separate rules and regulations for taxation (Ngwakwe 2012). Both the assignment are highly informative not in terms of business but in terms of education rather. This is because that both the assignments have tried to research the global problem of accounting and auditing in the international business (Davies and Green 2013). They have highlighted a global issue but they have not given detailed information of the same. Both the provided assignments are rather educative, which is extremely important for students pursuing Business Administration degree in Universities. The first assignment has tried to research the problem with the help of secondary resources such as journals, books and newspaper articles. The second assignment on other h and has tried to research the problem with the help of various primary resources, which can be any such as a structured interview, an online survey etc (Collis and Hussey 2013). Reason for the research The reason for the research can be anything for different students; however, this topic has personally ignited my interest towards it. This is because of such reasons I decided to pursue my interest by conducting a thorough research on the topic. The subject matter has excited my desire and I felt that I should conduct a research on the topic. This is for such reason I prepared this research proposal to get approval on it. Knowledge application and conclusion- This research and the derived knowledge with the help of some research are very helpful for the global companies. It is also helpful for companies who are taking initiatives with their new business. The research would try to find the possible information regarding the global challenge in the form of accounting and the auditing. Nevertheless, this would attract some more future research works; however, the findings of my research would definitely help the global organizations. The global organizations are facing some serious challenges in the form of accounting and auditing. This is because of the differing rules of taxation in such regions. The worked out assignments have tried to put forward a proposal for the research on the chosen topic. Moreover, findings of the research would definitely help the global organizations.
